ONE ROOM CHALLENGE 2022 WEEK TWO
One of my favourite times in any project is when we start designing and I’ve been doing just that this week. I have included the video below to remind you of what my parents bathroom looks like. We need to maximise space as we are adding a toilet so the outdated finishes obviously need to go but we also need to rethink the layout and the size of key elements such as the vanity.
We have chosen to replace the vanity footprint with a pedestal, not only is this a delicate nod to the period of the house but it enables us to create more space.
We also plan to replace the bath with a gorgeous walk in shower which will further give the perception of space and luxury in shower.
We have picked up an old door and this week we will be getting dirty!
